By downloading, installing, or using MemoryLane ("the Software"), provided by SenseFlow, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

MemoryLane is a screen activity tracking application that integrates with Claude Desktop to provide automated time tracking and timesheet generation. The Software captures screen activity data locally on your device and processes it using Claude's AI capabilities.

3. License

MemoryLane is open source software released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). You are free to use, modify, and distribute the Software in accordance with the terms of this license. The full license text is available in our GitHub repository.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Software only for lawful purposes
• Ensure you have the right to track activity on any device where you install the Software
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding privacy and data collection
• Not use the Software to monitor others without their explicit consent

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of MemoryLane is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All screen activity data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your time tracking data or work history.

6. Third-Party Services

MemoryLane integrates with Claude Desktop by Anthropic. Your use of Claude Desktop is subject to Anthropic's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for Anthropic's services or policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
